Can i join your pool sessions?
Yes! A certified freediver of minimum (e.g AIDA1*, Pool Freediver course) is required to join our sessions.
Discovery/Introductions are not considered certified freediver.
If you do not have a freediving certification.
You are welcome to take up a Indoor Pool Freediver course before joining us. Courses: here
This is to ensure everyone understands the theory and safety precautions of freediving, also being a certified freediver allows everyone to provide safety for each other. Following safety protocols under SportsSG and ActiveSG jurisdiction of pool usage, safety standards into using pool has to be adhered to.

I am new and would like to try freediving?
Welcome! Please check our Schedule for Apnea Discovery (Introduction) Sessions or our Apnea Academy Level 1 Courses.
You can start directly with Apnea Academy Level 1, without piror qualiciation for a beginner that covers Theory, Pool, Equalization and Openwater.

Rates and Fees
Fee Structure (updated 31-August 19)
Package user pool fees : $20
Non Package user pool fees :$25 (Drop in / Ala carte)
Package users & openwater certified freedivers: $55
Non package deduction or Non certified freedivers: $75
A package system allows us to deduct fees easier for regular users.
*Fees deducted upon attendance (pool & openwater)
*Package is non-refundable with 6 months expiry.
*Expiry Renews upon topping up
Weight Rental - $10
Mask or Fins Rental - $10
Lanyard Rental - $5
Is there Monthly Pass Package?
$120 Monthly Pass: all sessions pass.
*The 120 is a monthly ticket starts and ends of a new month
120 Monthly pass allows the user to attend all pool sessions of the month.

-Equipment rental on separate charges
What equipment do i need to bring?
It is recommend to have your personalized equipment for training.
Things to bring:
Pool Sessions - Swimcap, Goggles/Mask, Fins and Neckweights
Openwater Depth Training - Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Weights, Lanyards

What is catered during the sessions?
Our regular pool sessions allows Freedivers to come together, train and improve in a safe environment.
Our session varies from group training, safety revisions, technique work, peer learning & fun team apnea activities.

Wednesdays 1900 - 2100 @ Our Tampines Hub, Level 6, Lobby A (3m Deep Pool)
Thursdays 1930 - 2100 @ Methodist Girls School (50m Pool)
Sundays 1100 - 1400 @ Queenstown Swimming Complex (4.5m Deep Pool)
