This course aims to teach children to overcome their natural cautiousness of water by learning to go underwater safely. The instructor will facilitate learning through the use of games and activities that children will enjoy.

Course Content:

• Freediving theory
• Breathing & Relaxation Fundamentals 
• Use of Freediving equipment
• Games with/without equipment
• Recovery of objects
• Static apnea ('Hold the breath for a moment')
• Dynamic apnea ('Short Underwater Swims')
• Duckdives

Upon completion, the student will be awarded with a SSI Basic Pool Certification and he/she can join us for pool trainings with a qualified buddy.
