Return Policy & Warranty Terms

Can I return my item(s)?
Due to the hand made, made to order nature of our products, all products sales are final, we do not offer exchanges or (non warranty) returns on any of our products. For warranty concerns, please see below.

Warranty Terms
If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, you have received a wrong item, or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please take photos of both the shipping invoice on the package and of the received order. Send the photos with comments on the discrepancies and/or damage, along with your order number, to info@apnea42.com. Items that are damaged due to improper, excessive or long-term use are not considered faulty.

We promise to deal with all order discrepancies in the shortest amount of time possible (with consideration of the real production period). In the case of a manufacturing fault, you may choose to receive either a refund or a replacement. In some cases, item(s) should be sent back to our factory for repair. Repair or replacement will be determined at our sole discretion.
